You know, I love looking back in the past and sometimes dreaming that I lived in long ago days, full of fun clothes - awesome furniture and groovy beaded curtains. Then I remember that back in the day people had to mix starch with water instead of spraying it from a can and then I'm grateful for our current Age of Ease. lol

I often think I was born in the wrong era but then I realise if I had been born in another time I would probably have been burnt at the stake as a witch. Nah - our age isn't so bad - we get to pick the best bits out of the past but enjoy the technology too ;)
ReplyDeleteLovely advert, i think sometimes we do forget that not everything was better in the 40s/50s, and we would've had to make do without any of the conveniences that make our lives so much easier! x
ReplyDeleteThat ad is adorable! Made me giggle :-)
